We’ve got a soft spot for the old pioneering days of action sports, so it was only fitting that we brought the dogtown-inspired concept to life for Amy Shark’s music video, Loving Me Lover. The project involved hunting down a perfect abandoned house and swimming pool in Sydney, pulling together a talented crew and cast to create for a special day of filming, and collaborating with iconic Australian director Mick Soiza. The nostalgic 70s-inspired feel was realised by shooting a mixture of digital and 16mm Kodak Motion Picture Film, then we cleverly created a serene pool lighting effect to bring the video’s storytelling to a perfect conclusion.
